I call this a Work because you will be actively involved in this journey too. The depth we reach isn’t always a walk in the park — it requires courage, honesty, and readiness to step into what’s real.

Through Harmony Work, we address the layers holding you back from fully expressing your true self — the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, disconnected, or out of alignment.
It works at the root — not surface-level fixes — clearing the patterns, stories, identities, and also karmic baggages that shape how you feel and move through life.
This work blends intuitive clarity with potent energy recalibration across the physical and non-physical, so you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your true essence. Your system feels lighter, your awareness sharper, and your next steps arise naturally — fully embodied.
What happens in this journey ?
THREE 60-minute call sessions via Google Meet, completed within two weeks, following a flow of clearing, harmonizing, integrating, and embodying your true path.
Session 1
Identify, connect, and release
We begin by understanding your core issues and identifying the layers to work on. I guide you through a meditation while channeling Harmonic Healing in the background, releasing old patterns, emotional weight, and energetic blocks, and preparing your system for transformation.
Session 2
deep clearing and energetic alignment
We go deeper into the emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, karmic, and astral layers — including imprints in your life field and realms — clearing what continues to hold you back or suppress your essence. This session strengthens your connection to your inner guidance, harmonizes your energy, and fosters a strong sense of inner steadiness and interconnectedness.
Session 3
integrate and fully embody
We dive further into the karmic field with karmic hook releases, consolidating the shifts from previous sessions and embedding them into your system. Through guided meditation and Harmonic Healing, you reconnect with a deeper part of yourself that may have been dormant, allowing alignment to arise naturally and your next steps to feel clear, grounded, and fully embodied.
Throughout the journey, DM support is available to help you process insights, integrate shifts, and receive guidance between sessions.
